Before your IBS, Garlic bread was one of the easiest and tastiest starters in your repertoire. Perhaps now it’s off the menu or just not the same if you are using infused oils. Well FreeFOD is here to free you from your culinary chains – bringing back butter and natural garlic flavour!
Ingredients:
1 x Low FODMAP baguette
80g Butter
3 tsp of FreeFOD garlic replacer
1-2 Tbs Parsley (finely chopped)
Parmesan Cheese (optional)
Directions:
Cut Baguette lengthways
Sprinkle FreeFOD garlic replacer evenly on top of bread
Mix softened butter and parsley together and spread on bread
Bake at 220°C for approx. 10min until crisp and golden
